If you would like to request donations be made to Stop Soldier Suicide in your loved one's obituary or memorial service information, we invite you to use the following language: 

"In lieu of flowers, please send donations in {Honoree's Name}'s name to support Stop Soldier Suicide. Checks, made payable to Stop Soldier Suicide, should be mailed to: Stop Soldier Suicide, P.O. Box 110605, Durham, NC 27709. Please indicate on the check memo line or include a note that the gift is in memory of {Honoree's Name}."
